Order process

 

The Dutch Origin Design Collection is displayed in catalog format.

1.To order an item please contact Fem at e-mail: fem@dutchorigindesign.com. 

2.After receiving the order request the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and information regarding the delivery and payment process. Payment method is banktransfer (& paypal soon).

3.The delivery period commences after receipt of the payment, after which Dutch Origin Design will aim to deliver within 10 working days.

4.In case of a delay of processing the order the customer will be informed regarding the status as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Netherlands

-Jewellery: €6.95. For orders above €50,- FREE SHIPPING , but the buyer is responsible for the RETURN shipping.(see return policy below).

-Drawings:FREE SHIPPING , but the buyer is responsible for the RETURN shipping.(see return policy below).

-Paintings: FREE SHIPPING , but the buyer is responsible for the RETURN shipping.(see return policy below).

 

Shipping global

Global orders (outside the Netherlands) require specific shippingrates & delivery duration.

Please contact Fem at e-mail:fem@dutchorigindesign.com and advise which product you like to order and what the destination country would be. The costs and duration will be advised accordingly.

Please note that the products may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

 

Dutch Origin Design will pack the products suitable for shipping but is not responsible for loss or damage of the package during shipment.

Return policy

1.The return policy of Dutch Origin Design lasts 14 days. Unfortunately no refund can be offered If 14 days are exceeded since the purchase has been delivered.

2.When the customer wish to return the product within the 14 days please contact Fem per e-mail: fem@dutchorigindesign.com.

3.Please follow all further conditions and instructions stipulated in the email send by Dutch Origin Design to be applicable to return and receive a refund for a product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that the consumer received it. The product must also be in the original packaging and the labels must be still attached to the purchased product.

4.The customer will be responsible for paying for the full shipping costs for returning the item and should use a trackable shipping service.

5.Once the returned item is received and inspected an email will be send to notify the customer that the item is received and  will be informed about an approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within 30 days.

6.For global delivery the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be credited.

7.For partial returns of order delivery within the Netherlands the shipping costs will not be refunded.
